Amazing Daily Supplement AND Workout Electrolytes
Amazing. Core has improved my daily concentration and word-day efficiency. Fuel is a perfect electrolyte drink for any and all efforts (I've done workouts and races ranging from 60mins to 24+hrs).
As an ultrarunner, I used to have problems with electrolytes during long efforts, especially in the heat and humidity. I switched to SRC and have had exactly ZERO issues since. No cramps, no light headedness, nothing.

Highly recommend! Great flavor - tastes natural and not overly sweet or artificial. Solid ingredients. Fuel has everything I need to keep me well hydrate for super sweaty sessions. First of all, love the flavors of FUEL. Lemon lime is my jam. I was hesitant to try core because of the price point- however after biting the bullet I'm officially addicted. Big fan of the original blend (especially lemon lime), but the SRC team has outdone themselves with FUEL. Couldn't decide which flavor to get so I had to try all three. No skips… cherry limeade, lemon lime, and my personal favorite salted watermelon were by far the best tasting electrolyte mixes I’ve tried to date. Not overly sweet or salty like other brands; great blend of ingredients for both before and after a workout.
